Cavallari spinach tagliatelle is a delicious variation on tradition, enriched with fresh spinach to give it a bright green color and delicate flavor. Like other varieties in our production, they are made with durum wheat semolina and fresh pasteurized eggs. The pasta sheet, with a thickness of 0.9 millimeters and a width of 6 millimeters, allows for a cooking time of about 8-10 minutes, maintaining its texture and chewiness. Ideal for fresh and light dishes.
