The pasta sheet, with a thickness of 0.9 millimeters and a width of 15 millimeters, is suitable for cooking for 8-10 minutes, maintaining excellent consistency and perfect chewiness. Ideal for rich and structured sauces, such as meat ragù or hearty sauces.
